Is an accredited public TVET institution established in the year 2019. The institution is headed by the Board of Governors (BoG) which undertakes its mandate by the TVET Act 2013. The principal of the college is the secretary of the Board, the accounting officer who oversees the daily operation of the college. The institution occupies a five(5) acre piece of land donated by the Ministry of Education through Heroes Secondary Department. The college is located in Nakuru- County 13 km from Nakuru town along Mawanga – Murunyu road in a serein environment to conducive learning. HTVC offers various courses in Diploma, Craft certificate and Artisan level examined by KNEC. It has five departments namely fashion and design, Building and construction technology, ICT, Electrical Engineering and Business. The institution also offers KASNEB-based short-term courses and training. HTVC undertake various co-curricular activities ranging from sports and games, dramas, religious based activities, and Environmental and societal engagement.
